A Journey.. Miles to acomplish Although, today we are of one of the leading school chains of India, our background had been very humble.The group started its first school in the year 1998 at Kantabhanji in a small rented building in the backward area of Odisha, followed by its second school in M. P (now Chhattisgarh) at Bilaspur under the visionary guidance of our founder chairman Shri R. Kumaraswamy. After his demise Shri Kennith Nair followed by Shri Rambabu Sonthalia took the reins of the group and established some schools in different parts of Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Presently, St. Xavier’s Chain of Schools is being led by our chairman Dr. G. S. Patnaik who himself has been a teacher by choice.

With a clear aim to provide the holistic education to all, the Management of St. Xavier’s Chain of Schools is running more than 63 schools in different states of India like Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Haryana, West Bengal, UP etc. St. Xavier’s Chain of Schools has strength of more than 45,000 students, 2500 faculty members, 1500 non-teaching and support staff. Our schools offer quality education to varied age group students from Montessori level to senior secondary. The schools are following the curriculum and guidelines being issued by Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, NEP 2020, NCERT, NCF and other state bodies.
Apart from excelling in board examination, our students outshine in different competitive exams like lIT-JEE, NEET, KVPY, NTSE etc. Our myriad alumni are successfully working as IAS, IPS, Army Officers, doctors, engineers etc.
